                                                                  Budleigh Salterton Croquet Club

      The Club   overlooks the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton, with extensive views of both sea and countryside. It is in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty [AONB] at the western end of the Jurassic Coast, Britain’s first Heritage Site.

Facilities 10 full-size Croquet lawns plus one practice lawn, and one Bowling green;         Clubhouse with changing rooms ,modern kitchen facilities, general area with a bar and  two more large rooms where Bridge sessions are held; two pavilions [one with a bar, one with changing rooms only]; huts provide shelter on all lawns. There is a large parking area adjacent to the main clubhouse.

Visitors are welcome. Ring Ivor Meredith [Club Secretary] on 01395 443042, who will arrange for someone to meet you at the club and show you around.

Non-members’ fees   Lawns can be used on payment of modest green fees.
